Bhoomi, the modern Indian grill that made its debut in the new Urbanspace Food Hall (15 W Washington St.), will offer a special catering menu for Diwali celebrations. One option available on the menu is the Phulka Bar, with choice of protein by the pound and paired with phulkas, Bhoomi’s cabbage slaw, confetti-cut bell peppers, green onions, Bhoomi pickled onions, and signature housemade sauces. Options include Paneer Tikka (organic, grass-fed; $20/lb), Steak (pasture raised, grass-fed; $35/lb), Colossal Black Tiger Prawns (wild caught, best aquaculture certified; $40/lb) and more.
