The Palm's summer tradition is back with sweet, buttery lobsters available with special limited-time pricing. From June 1 to July 31, guests will be offered a 4-pound Jumbo Nova Scotia Lobster dinner split for two with soup or salad and a family-style side for $109. For a little turf with that surf, The Palm is also featuring a Just for You option with Poached Nova Scotia Lobster atop a 9-ounce Filet Mignon or 14-ounce Prime New York Strip Steak with an individual side and starter for only $65. And as a complement to their summer menu, The Palm is offering the Strawberry Ginger Spritz cocktail, a combination of Aperol, Prosecco, muddled fresh strawberries, simple syrup, and ginger beer.
“Lobster season is one of my favorite times of year because it’s a chance to celebrate our guests with some of our most popular dishes at a fantastic price,” said Bruce Bozzi, fourth-generation owner of The Palm and Executive Vice President. “We go to great lengths to make lobster season at The Palm memorable, from sourcing the most succulent lobster to adding a little theater to the experience with our tableside presentations.”
