Some items from Chef Andrew Graves' brunch menu include a Croque Madame with nueske’s ham, gruyere egg, and sourdough, the Benedict with pork belly, giardiniera hollandaise, and mixed green, and the Dutch Baby topped with fresh raspberries, espresso creme, and nueske’s ham.
