From July 16 until August 2, Eataly is celebrating its new program,“Summer of Pesto,” which honors the tradition of pesto with a regional culinary tour from the North to the South Italy in one meal – no passport required.
With 10 recipes of pesto to discover across Eataly’s marketplace and restaurants, highlights of the limited-time program include:
A specialtwo-course prix fixe menu in La Pizza & La Pasta for $26 all-day, plus a $9 spritz collection and a dessert pairing of $7 mini tiramisu
New pesto items at Eataly quick service counters – including Farcita with Turkey, Rucola, and Pesto di Peperoni Arrosto (roasted red bell pepper pesto) and Panino with Mortadella and Pesto Pistacchi (pistachio pesto)
