The Wagyu Beef Burger features caramelized onion, aged smoked gouda, roasted garlic aioli, brioche bun and served with bbq seasoned fries and house made pickles for just $15. Vander Farmers' products are available for pick-up or nationwide shipping.

Influenced by the flavors and techniques of Central Texas and Memphis BBQ, the restaurant’s menu will feature its comfort food staples, smoked meats, and Chef Leach’s signature barbeque sauce inspired by Chicago’s mild sauce. Guests can expect options like Leach’s applewood smoked pork, smoked chicken, and brisket as well as corn bread muffins, candied yams, and macaroni.
