Levain + Pretty Cool Ice Cream = Cookies à la mode Now Available at Levain Bakeries in Chicago

Starting May 12 and running throughout the summer, Levain Bakery’s Chicago bakeries are once again partnering with Pretty Cool Ice Cream, the local brand known for nostalgic, handmade novelties with a gourmet twist. Back for a second year, the two brands will serve rotating ice cream flavors and limited-time combinations all summer long, available at all three Chicago Levain Bakeries: River North, West Loop, and Lincoln Park.

Cookies à la mode pair a warm six-ounce cookie with a scoop of ice cream for a sweet-and-creamy combination, customizable with your favorite cookie flavor. New this year - mini ice cream sandwiches feature smaller versions of Levain’s signature cookies filled with ice cream for an easy handheld treat, while affogatos pair ice cream with freshly poured espresso.
