Lenten Season Specials at III Forks

III Forks Prime Steakhouse will feature an array of meat-free menu items every Friday during the Lenten season.

The Lakeshore East-located restaurant will offer Atlantic salmon with tarragon chimichurri, Chilean seabass, and Seared Scallops served with corn succotash and lemon beurre blanc from March 8 to April 19. Additional fish-friendly dishes include Wild Yellow Tail Hamachi with yuzu vinaigrette and fried shallots, Ahi Tuna with citrus ponzu and avocado cream, Shrimp Cocktail and Cold Water Lobster Tail. 

Vegetarian diners may enjoy the III Forks Salad (toasted pecans, blue cheese, Granny Smith apples, maple pecan vinaigrette), Tomato & Di Stefano Burrata Salad, and Vegetable Ravioli with roasted mushrooms, fontina, parmesan, marinara and walnut pesto, as well as a bevy of bountiful side dishes (sautéed spinach; off-the cob cream corn; roasted mushrooms; fresh asparagus; six cheese potatoes and more).
