The seven-course dinner includes:

Spicy Szechuan cabbage, vegetarian Shanghai spring rolls and a comforting bowl of traditional Peking duck soup. Roasted in a specially made Peking duck oven, the succulent duck course will come topped with all the traditional accompaniments—including scallions, sweet bean sauce and spring pancakes. On the side, guests will enjoy Szechuan string beans, as well as a heaping portion of delicious duck fried rice. The meal will conclude on a sweetly satisfying note with chocolate and coconut gelato.
