Oaken Bistro + Bar, 200 N. Field Dr., has welcomed Chef Christian Alejandro to lead the team as their new Executive Chef. Chef Alejandro has had leadership roles over the last decade at restaurants including the Signature Room at the 95th, Niche Restaurant, Trump International Hotel & Tower Chicago, The Mid-America Club and most recently as Executive Corporate Chef at Veritas Lux Mae.

Oaken Bistro + Bar is open Monday - Friday for breakfast from 6:30 pm – 3:00 pm, lunch Monday - Friday from 11am – 3 pm and dinner daily from 3 p.m. - 10 p.m. Brunch is served on the weekends from 7 a.m. - 3 p.m. The lounge is open daily from 11 a.m. - 12 a.m.
