BRASSERIE BY LM BEER DINNER FEATURING LAGUNITAS BREWING COMPANY

Brasserie by LM is pleased to announce a Burger and Brew night with Lagunitas Brewing Company on Thursday, June 25.

The traditional French Brasserie will offer diners a choice of four burgers created to pair perfectly with a flight of four year-round Lagunitas beers. The burger and beer flight special will be available beginning at 5pm for $20, not inclusive of tax or gratuity. Additionally, representatives from Lagunitas will be available at Brasserie to answer questions and engage with patrons.

Pork Belly Burger dry Riesling & caraway cabbage salad, braised fennel fronds, grain mustard, served on a pretzel bun

*pairs best with the Lagunitas Pils

White Bean Burger dry chili rub, queso fresco, spicy mole, romaine
*pairs best with the Lagunitas Sucks

Lamb Burger ground lamb with roasted garlic, crushed pine nuts & chopped herbs, roasted potato & tomato aioli
*pairs best with the Lagunitas Censored

Curried Chicken Burger onion jam, grilled durian, spinach
*pairs best with the Lagunitas DayTime

  • Lagunitas Pils, Lager, 6.2% ABV
  • Lagunitas DayTime, “Fractional IPA”, 4.65% ABV
  • Lagunitas Censored, Copper Ale, 6.7% ABV
  • Lagunitas Sucks, 8% ABV
