The Dark Horse Tap & Grille kicks off the holiday weekend Thursday, September 1 with expanded hours for the San Francisco Giants four-game series against the Chicago Cubs at Wrigley Field. Game day drink deals include $4 Old Style/Old Style Light tallboy cans, $15 Corona/Corona Light buckets and $5 Fireball cinnamon whiskey shots.
The tap also debuts a Tailgate Mary on Labor Day weekend; this “snack in a glass” is made with bloody mary mix, Smirnoff vodka, Paulina Meat Market smoked honey pork sausage, a pickle spear, Wisconsin cheese curds and a pepperoncini pepper ($10). The Tailgate Mary will be offered during regular business hours throughout the football season.
The Dark Horse Tap & Grille is open two hours before the Cubs posted game time (open at 5 p.m. September 1 and 11 a.m. September 2-4) and closes at 2 a.m. (3 a.m. Saturday, September 3). The tap will be closed on Labor Day (Monday, September 5).
