Cantina Laredo in River North will be open for lunch and dinner on Labor Day (Monday, September 4) from 11:30 a.m.-10 p.m. Dining guests may partake in the happy hour promotion, featuring discounted small plates and Latin libations in the lounge from 3:30-6:30 p.m. Chef Cruz Almanza's modern Mexican menu includes top shelf guacamole, quesadillas, ceviche, croquetas, tostadas, empanadas, flautas, flatbread and tacos.
