La Stanza Ristorante, the elegant Italian restaurant at Labriola Chicago, celebrates the New Year in style with a 4-course prix fixe dinner.
Chef Fred Ramos' 4-course dinner is $75 per person with an optional wine pairing for an additional $24. Guests will start with a Cannellini Bean & Caviar Bruschetta Amuse, followed by its choice of Lobster Bisque or Wagyu Beef Carpaccio Salad with Micro Arugula and Beluga Lentils. A second course of Lobster & Rock Shrimp Ravioli precedes entrée selections that include Sautee Halibut with Butternut Squash Puree, Capers, and Brown Butter; Chicken Dominic with Rapini, Rosemary Potatoes and White Balsamic Gaze; or an 18-oz Prime Dry-Aged Bone-in Ribeye. Options for the final course include a choice of La Stanza Signature Cake or a Cheese Plate. Party favors and a midnight Prosecco toast will be shared with all late-evening revelers. The restaurant’s complete regular menu will also be available.
