La Grande Boucherie, the French brasserie in River North, has launched a new “A Night Out” prix
fixe dinner, which gives diners a chance to experience the restaurant’s French classics at a value.
Available Sunday through Thursday from 4 PM – 11 PM, the menu is priced at $50 per person and offers a curated selection of signature brasserie favorites:
Hors d’Oeuvres: Oysters (½ dozen), Wagyu Carpaccio with truffle pecorino, Foie Gras Torchon with red onion jam, or a classic Niçoise Salad with ahi tuna.
Plats Principaux: Parisienne Gnocchi with mushrooms and squash, Boeuf Bourguignon with red wine reduction and fingerling potatoes, Grilled Faroe Island Salmon with truffle white bean purée and caper-golden raisin sauce, or an 8 oz Flat Iron Steak with pommes frites.
Desserts (optional, +$10): Crème Brûlée or Profiteroles with Valrhona chocolate sauce.
