Prix Fixe Special Events Collaboration Dinner Seafood Steakhouse River North

On November 30th, sommelier Richard Hanauer will be hosting the one and only House of Krug at RPM Steak for an once-in-a-lifetime event of champagne and white truffles. There will be five Krug bottlings including their most recent release of Grand Cuvée, vintage releases from 1998, 2000 and 2003, plus a very limited-release Krug rosé. To keep with the paces, Chef Doug Psaltis will be pairing the pride of Piedmont—white truffles from Alba—in dishes like Krug-poached sea scallop and Dry-aged beef with brown butter & cauliflower.
