Krug Champagne. White Truffles. RPM Steak.

On November 30^th, sommelier Richard Hanauer will be hosting the one and only House of Krug at RPM Steak for an once-in-a-lifetime event of champagne and white truffles. There will be five Krug bottlings including their most recent release of Grand Cuvée, vintage releases from 1998, 2000 and 2003, plus a very limited-release Krug rosé. To keep with the paces, Chef Doug Psaltis will be pairing the pride of Piedmont—white truffles from Alba—in dishes like Krug-poached sea scallop and Dry-aged beef with brown butter & cauliflower.
