Koi loves lobster! In celebration of National Lobster Day on Monday, June 15, Koi will be serving up a few of their speciality maki rolls made with everyone’s favorite crustacean. Guests can get their lobster fix with Koi’s traditional Lobster Maki, a roll stuffed with tempura fried lobster, cucumber, avocado, and lettuce topped with delicious unagi sauce, spicy mayo and four different kinds of tobiko. Koi also serves up Bruce’s Favorite Maki, a tried and true customer favorite! This roll features freshly steamed lobster and red tobiko wrapped in soy paper and finished with avocado and a drizzle of chef’s special sauce.
