Kizuki Ramen & Izakaya is hosting a new monthly Chef Nights beginning Thursday, March 22. Every month, Chef/Owner Kevin Yu will create a specialty ramen that will available for one night only.
The first monthly Chef Night will feature a Salmon Ramen with salmon, salmon roe, fresh asparagus, fresh watercress and carrots. Only 50 bowls of the specialty ramen will be available on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 6 p.m.
"The delicate salmon broth and fresh seasonal greens paired with our house made egg noodle is the best way to taste and celebrate the beauty of spring" said Chef/Owner Kevin Yu, "I strongly recommend pairing our Salmon Ramen with the Dewazakura, Oka Ginjo Sake that is brewed with cherry yeast."
