Kindling | Downtown Cookout & Cocktails to Officially Open on January 24

Kindling | Downtown Cookout & Cocktails, a new concept from The Fifty/50 Restaurant Group, officially announced its grand opening date and is now accepting reservations through Resy. The restaurant will debut lunch service (including daily happy hour from 3:00 – 6:00 p.m.) on Tuesday, January 24 with dinner service available the following week on Tuesday, January 31.  

Kindling is currently accepting reservations through February 7 with more dates becoming available on a rolling basis.  

Situated on the corner of Franklin and Adams, Kindling boasts a live fire show kitchen featuring wood-fired plates from Chef Partner Jonathon Sawyer and craft cocktails from Beverage Director Julieta Campos.  

Guests can reserve a table at Kindling for parties up to eight people.
