February 3rd marks the first official day of dinner service at Downtown Kindling Cookout & Cocktails. Guests can select food from chef Jonathon Sawyer and hand-crafted cocktails from beverage director Julieta Campos.  

Kindling is a new restaurant inside of Chicago’s tallest building, the Willis Tower. The new establishment, created by the hands of The Fifty/50 Group, is dedicated to bringing Chicagoans back to The Loop.  

The menu is centered around the theme of open wood-fired cooking, bringing the focus of guests to the hearth at the center of the space.  

Reservations are now available on OpenTable.
