Katherine Anne Confections Hosts: Chocolate, Cheese & Beer with Pastoral and 3 Sheeps Brewing on August 11

 Katherine Anne Confections, a Chicago-based confiserie which features the delicious creations of confectionista Katherine Duncan, is excited to host Chocolate, Cheese & Beer with Pastoral and 3 Sheeps Brewing on Saturday, August 11 from 6-9 p.m. Katherine Anne Confections is gearing up for the most anticipated confection launch of the year: Cheese Month. You heard that right: they’re pairing cheese and chocolate together. It's wild, crazy and delicious. Katherine Anne Confections is partnering with Pastoral for a decadent cheese table and savory cheese-focused pairings as well as 3 Sheeps Brewing for beer pairings at each station. Tickets will be available for $40 per person.

This event will be open-house style, from 6-9 p.m. There will be four pairing stations: 4 beers, 4 cheese-focused savory bites and 12 confections!  Pastoral has proposed an epic cheese tray, the likes of which have never seen and each 3 Sheeps beer pairing is designed to elevate both the sweet and savory flavors at each tasting station. Plus: live jazz! Come ready to eat, drink, and be merry.
