Katana Chicago introduces Friday Night Flights, a new special evening featuring seven different flights available every Friday starting on December 13. Guests can choose from Katana’s flight menu options, which include a tasting selection of Red and White Wines, Whiskey from around the world, Tequila, Suntory, Premium Japanese Whisky and Sake.
Located in the heart of downtown Chicago on the bustling streets of River North, Katana fuses modern sushi and authentic “robatayaki” - robata skewers grilled over bincho charcoals, infusing meats, seafood and vegetables with rich smokiness. Their fish is freshly caught and prepared in an array of signature rolls, sashimi and nigiri. Guests can also enjoy a variety of hot dishes as well as an extensive collection of sake and exotic cocktails, like the Yuzu Margarita.
