Kasama Collaborating with Tarrytown, New York's, Goosefeather for One Day Only, February 15th

Kasama, the modern Filipino restaurant from chefs Genie Kwon and Timothy Flores, will be hosting chef Dale Talde of Goosefeather for a one day only collab. Goosefeather is a modern Cantonese restaurant located in Tarrytown, NY at the Tarrytown House Estate. Dale, a native of Chicago, is a Filipino chef and also the host-producer of Tastemade’s "All Up in Your Grill" and has been featured as both a competitor and judge on Bravo's "Top Chef," Food Network's "Chopped," "Iron Chef America," and "Beat Bobby Flay."
