Kanpai! Head to Ani for an Introduction to Sake Tasting

On Thursday, March 24, Ani's owner and Certified Sake Professional Ty Fujimura will lead an Introduction to Sake class and tasting that will unveil the mysteries of this 1,000 year old beverage. Guests will taste through three sakes, including Ani’s own signature brand, Ichi No Torii.The class will educate guests on the journey from rice to sake, different flavor profiles associated with Japanese regions and popular traditions associated with sake. Those that decide to dine at Ani after the class will receive 10% off their dinner tab.

The Introduction to Sake tasting will include:

MABOROSHI “MYSTERY” GINJO, Nakao Brewery

MIZBASHO DAIGINJO, Nagai Shuzo Brewery

$25 per person, plus tax and gratuity. A credit card is required to hold all reservations. Cancellations must be made no later than five days in advance; otherwise a cancellation fee will be charged.
