Reporting notes: John’s Food & Wine to Launch 8-Course Tasting Menu on Fridays & Saturdays

Starting Saturday, November 30, John’s Food & Wine will offer a special 8-course tasting menu, with optional wine pairings. Each dish from Chef/Owners Adam McFarland and Tom Rogers will not be available on the à la carte menu and this exclusive seating and menu will offer guests the opportunity to book a reservation (previously not possible), with offerings that will change regularly to keep the experience fresh. 

Dishes could include:

  • Chilled Chawanmushi, cured egg yolk, Maine uni, golden enoki mushroom caps

  • Cherry Blossom Lacquered Lobster, smoked squash beurre blanc, black radish

  • Roasted Sunchoke Ice cream, caviar, espresso

  • One seating every Friday and Saturday night @7:30PM 

  • Eight communal table seats available per seating

  • Reservations can be made for parties of 1-8 guests; $175/person on Tock. 

  • Optional wine pairings: Standard ($85) Reserve ($175)
