Reporting notes: John’s Food & Wine to Launch 8-Course Tasting Menu on Fridays & Saturdays
Starting Saturday, November 30, John’s Food & Wine will offer a special 8-course tasting menu, with optional wine pairings. Each dish from Chef/Owners Adam McFarland and Tom Rogers will not be available on the à la carte menu and this exclusive seating and menu will offer guests the opportunity to book a reservation (previously not possible), with offerings that will change regularly to keep the experience fresh.

Chilled Chawanmushi, cured egg yolk, Maine uni, golden enoki mushroom caps
Cherry Blossom Lacquered Lobster, smoked squash beurre blanc, black radish
Roasted Sunchoke Ice cream, caviar, espresso

One seating every Friday and Saturday night @7:30PM
Eight communal table seats available per seating
Reservations can be made for parties of 1-8 guests; $175/person on Tock.
Optional wine pairings: Standard ($85) Reserve ($175)
