The "Joe" in "Joe Fish Italian"
is none other than Rosebud's Corporate Chef, Joe Farina, who has spent
the last 20 years with Rosebud Restaurants overseeing menus at the
various locations and creating dishes that have guests coming back
time and time again.
"What
is different now," says Farina, "is that we will be serving modern yet
rustic Italian dishes along with the freshest fish that our guests have
come to expect from Joe Fish. We will still be offering a variety of
fresh fish daily and fileting the fish tableside, but now you can enjoy
our seafood with creative Italian offerings."
New additions to the menu include Chicken Parmesan "pizza" with house-made giardiniera and chili honey, and Prime Meatballs a la Joseph (a Rosebud favorite) offered in four different preparations. Several handmade pastas have also been added to the menu, from a Cacio e Pepe, to Spicy Rigatoni alla Vodka.
