Executive Chef Ryan Burns will offer items from the new bar menu including Hudson Valley Foie Gras (roasted; black truffle crusted; marbled torchon; rase), shareable snacks (toast and marrow; chick pea fries; escargot; duck rillettes) and entrees (Blanchard burger; steak frites; dover sole).
The Blanchard will open early at 3 p.m. for the Kentucky Derby party.
