Jinsei Motto is hosting a series of special events throughout June. The speakeasy-style space located within CH Distillery, is helmed by Chef/co-owner Patrick Boyaphanh and led by co-owner/GM Andrew Choi and GM Tony Frausto.
Sake Dinner (Sat, June 17)
Jinsei Motto is offering a dinner of sushi and sake pairings in collaboration with brewmasters, Miho Fujita from Yuho Brewery, and Yuichiro Tanaka from Rihaku Brewery on Saturday, June 17th. Guests can choose between two seatings at 5:30pm and 8:00pm. Tickets are priced at $125 per person and can be reserved online. Menu options include:
Hokkaido Scallop with Hokkaido Uni
Chutoro with Italian white truffle
Suntory Toki Cocktails & Sushi (Wed, June 21)
Suntory Toki will bring in a specialty highball machine for the event. The machine has two parts, one part is a refrigerator, that stores the whisky and soda at a cold temperature to help keep the ice from diluting the drink. The second part is a carbonation tap, which pumps out five times the carbonation of regular soda water and one-and-a-half times the carbonation of Champagne. Tickets are priced at $100 per person and include food and two drink tickets. Additional drinks will be available for purchase.
Sushi and Botox (Wed, June 28)
Guests can select from sushi creations of Jinsei Motto while meeting with the Botox doctors of Radiant Beauty. Guests will have the opportunity to purchase discounted Botox units, redeemable for a future appointment at Radiant Beauty. The event will be from 5pm to 9pm on Wednesday, June 28th. Tickets are priced at $75 per person and can be booked online.
