Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams Announces West Loop Grand Opening Party April 25

Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams will open its doors to its sixth Chicago location (908 W Randolph Street) in the West Loop this Thursday, April 25th. 

And they're celebrating with a grand opening party at 7 p.m. Everyone will get free ice cream but only the first 50 in line will get a Jeni's swag bag. Plus, founder, Jeni Bauer, herself will be there.

"We’re so excited to be opening on Randolph. We listen closely to our customers, and for the longest time, they’ve been saying you need to open in the West Loop. I’m inspired by so many of the amazing chefs in the area—Stephanie Izard, Rick Bayless, Sarah Grueneberg, I could go on and on—and when you’re surrounded by talent of that caliber, you can’t help but up your game. And then we’ve got two top retail partners right down the street, Whole Foods and Mariano’s, and we know that when we open shops close by it helps them sell more ice cream, so we’re excited to support them, too," Bauer said.

The new scoop shop space is two stories tall and 2046 square feet with communal tables and seating on both levels.
