Arami will welcome Osteria Langhe Chef Cameron Grant into the kitchen on Monday, April 25 for a collaboration with Arami Chef de Cuisine Ajay Popli for April’s noodle night. The duo will whip up Japanese-inspired Italian, and Italian-inspired Japanese dishes, including:
Chef Grant’s Noodles:
Tajarin Noodles, Wagyu beef tongue, wild ramps, sunny egg, brodo and shaven bianchetti white truffles. $15
Chef Popli’s Noodles:
Short Rib Ramen, braised Piedmontese short rib, soft egg, maitake mushrooms, negi. $15
Arami’s monthly noodle nights occur the last Monday of each month and
feature specials on hot sake, including their house brew, Ichi No Torii
(a carafe for $15 or glass pours for $7) and $5 Asahi Japanese beers.

Lamb Tsukemen roasted lamb belly, soft egg, pickled ramps, carrots. $15
