West Town’s Frontier will be hosting a Gator Dinner on Sunday, January 14 where guests can experience a four-course alligator-inspired menu. From 6:00 - 9:00 pm, guests will dine with alligator-inspired dishes being served for the first two courses, followed by whole alligator carved table-side with jambalaya. Beignets will be served for the final course. Each guest will also be provided with one welcome Swamp Water cocktail to start. Together they will prepare, plate, and present dishes to guests including smoked lamb shanks, smoked pork belly dumplings, smoked Werp Farm baby carrots served with brown butter, chili jam, and candied peanuts, as well as kumquat and ricotta fritters.
