Jaleo By José Andrés, the flagship restaurant from Chef José Andrés, launches weekend brunch service from 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM on Saturdays and Sundays in Chicago’s River North.
The menu offers guests a selection of savory Spanish breakfast favorites. Dishes available on Jaleo’s new brunch menu include:
Flauta de Tortilla de Patatas (Flauta bread with tomato and Spanish potato and onion omelet $12)
Tostada de Salmón Ahumado (Pan de Cristal topped with fresh goat cheese, smoked salmon, chopped egg and capers, $18)
Huevos al Plato con Sobrassada y Verduras (Baked eggs with sobrassada ibérica and vegetables $21)
Huevos Estrellados (a traditional mix of crispy fried potatoes and eggs $12. Add 1 oz Paletilla Ibérica, $19)
Carne Asada con Huevo Frito (Grilled strip loin steak with a fried egg, potatoes and mojo verde, $19)
