Jake Melnick's Kicks Off Fall with New Smash Burger, Seasonal Cocktails

A brief jaunt off the Magnificent Mile, Jake Melnick’s is the Gold Coast neighborhood’s top sports bar for football game day.  This fall, they've introduced a new, delicious Smash Burger, plus handcrafted autumn cocktails, a towering beer display, and more.

Jake’s Smash Burger, $17.95, includes two 5 ounce beef burger patties “smashed” on the griddle until caramelized; then topped with American cheese, red onion, tomato, shredded lettuce, B & B Pickles, Jake’s House Secret Sauce, and served on a toasted brioche bun.

The 100 ounce, shareable Da Beer Tower offers a range of draft options from Miller Lite to Jake Melnick’s collab with More Brewing, the Melnick’s Milestone.  The popular Game Day Tower also returns with three tiers of fun: 48 wings with up to four different sauce combos.

Autumn cocktails, $16, include:

Da Pears, Evan Williams Bourbon, Spiced Pear, Lemon, Demerar;

Monster of the Midway, Ilegal Mezcal, Lime, Cayenne, Tajin, Darkness;

All Halas Eve, Tito’s Pumpkin, Bailey’s Irish Cream, Espresso;

Apple All Blitz, Brandy, Lillet Blanc, Apple Butter, Ginger, Prosecco.
