"Italy to France" Wine Dinner Series at III Forks

III Forks' Prime Steakhouse in Lakeshore East will conclude their "Italy to France" monthly wine dinner series with a special Piedmont paired meal. On Wednesday, October 24, guests are invited to enjoy a three course menu that highlights dishes from northwest Italy (Piedmontese Salad; Pork Shank; Hazelnut Torte), paired with wine from the Piedmont region selected by Sommelier Anton Licko. The complete menu is detailed below.
