III Forks has launched an "Italy to France" wine dinner series, taking place once per month at the Lakeshore East prime steakhouse. On Wednesday, August 22, Chef Hans Aeschbacher will feature a three course menu (orange salad with jumbo lump crab; poached smoked pork belly; crepe cake) paired with Bordeaux wines selected by Sommelier Anton Licko. The fee to participate is $55 per person (plus tax and gratuity). Seatings will be available between 6:30 and 7:30 p.m.
