Introducing Ma Streeter's Bourbon Lounge, a New Pop-Up Experience

Ma Streeter’s Bourbon Lounge is a new pop-up, speakeasy-style lounge debuting at the Sheraton Grand Chicago Riverwalk. A secluded, private dining room in Shula’s Steak House Chicago has been transformed with warm wood tones, vintage details, rickhouse-inspired elements, and a curated bourbon program and shareable plates.

Ma Streeter’s runs through September 4, 2026, with reservations available most evenings from 5:30-9 p.m. Admission to Ma Streeter’s is free, with shareable plates and cocktails available for purchase. RSVPs are strongly recommended and can be made via Eventbrite.
