Indienne has officially launched its a la carte dinner and dessert menus. The a la carte dinner menu features a selection of small plates and large plates, as well as sides and desserts. Options from the small plates section ($16-$24) include Chili Cheese Kulcha with Goat Butter and Burgundy Truffle; Pork Belly with Pickled Peach, Apricot, Chili, and Black Rice Papad; Octopus Xec Xec with Miso, Kohlrabi, and Fermented Gooseberry Jam, and more. From the large plates ($28-$48), there are options such as Jackfruit (Katsu) with Lemon Sour Cream and Dum Ki Gravy; Lamb Chop with Green Peas, Coconut, and Curry Leaf; and Sea Bass Alleppey with Green Mango, Butternut Squash, and Bone Powder Podi, among others, Sides include various breads, rice, and dal. For desserts ($15), there are three options: Carrot Halwa (Rice Pudding Mousse, Malai Ice Cream, Mawa Crumble), Besan Barfi (Chocolate Cremeux, Pistachio Financier, Kumquat Chutney, Milk Ice Cream), or Bebinca (Emperor's Jaggery, Apple Fluid Gel, Coconut Ice Cream, Burnt Almond Powder).

Reservations can be made via Tock, but walk-ins are available. (Please note, reservations are still required for the 6-course vegetarian and non-vegetarian tasting menus).
