Imperial Lamian is teaming up with WonFun Chinese for a featured collaboration dinner benefiting Pilot Light on Monday, April 10 at 6 p.m. To celebrate Chinese cuisine making a splash in Chicago, Executive Chef Andy Foo of Imperial Lamian and Executive Chef Ben Ruiz of WonFun Chinese have come together for this collaboration event.
The evening begins with a welcome cocktail, followed by a five-course meal from the talented chefs. Each chef created two dishes for diners to enjoy and diners will taste one exclusive collaboration dish from Chefs Foo and Ruiz.
Tickets are $50 per person, plus tax and gratuity. All proceeds from the dinner will be donated to Pilot Light to continue to encourage food education in the community. Tickets are available here.
