On Wednesday, October 30th over 70 diners attended the sold-out Women In Wine Dinner at Coda di Volpe (3335 N. Southport Ave.) benefitting Claire Mukundente’s local non-profit Women United for Refugees and Immigrants of Illinois (WURII).
Hosted by wine director Nancy Shapardanis and featuring special visiting guest Daniela Mastroberardino of Terredora di Paolo winery, the four-course dinner by Executive Chef Chris Thompson was complemented by wines from Terradora di Paolo. Over $1,500 was donated to WURII by Coda di Volpe.
