With the NBA All-Star Game tipping off in Chicago for the first time in decades, Hornblower Cruises and Events Chicago is hosting a lunch cruise on the Spirit of Chicago and moonlight cruise on the Mystic Blue on Saturday, February 15. With creatively themed menu items, specialty cocktails, NBA-inspired décor and entertainment while cruising on Lake Michigan.
Spirit of Chicago NBA All-Star Lunch Cruise: 12:30 – 2:30 p.m.
This family-friendly cruise will include monitors broadcasting the All-Star Event, a photo booth with a basketball designs and a themed menu inspired by the legends of professional men’s hoops. The lunch menu includes dishes such as Roasted LeBroncolli Florets, Joel Embiif Meatballs and Layup Lemon Pound Cake & Free-throw Fresh Strawberries. Children looking to further their basketball expertise are in luck as there will be a team onboard teaching skills and tricks. Tickets range from $49.90-$64.90 plus tax and can be purchased online.
Spirit of Chicago After Dark NBA All-Star Moonlight Cruise: 12 – 2 a.m.
This cruise, for guests ages 21+, is an urban nightclub experience on the water. Attendees will experience skyline views with WGCI-FM's nighttime personality,KeKe, and a performance from international touring DJ, Mike P. The cruise will also feature light bites and NBA All-Star team captain inspired cocktails including The Greek Freak, a margarita named after Milwaukee Bucks’, Giannis Antetokounmpo, and The King James, a Long Island Iced Tea named after the Laker’s Lebron James. Tickets are $44.90 plus tax and more information can be found online.
