What to know about honeygrow Partners with The Honeybee Conservancy for National Honey Month, Launches Fall Menu
It’s that time of year for pumpkin-everything, back-to-school, football and all other fall things everyone enjoys – but this fall, honeygrow is kicking off our favorite season by introducing two new fall items and celebrating National Honey Month.
Throughout the month of September, honeygrow will be raising awareness and funds for the conservation and sustainability of bees by donating 20% of all app-purchased honeybar sales to The Honeybee Conservancy, a non-profit organization that works to help the bees, while increasing access to organic, sustainable food in under-served communities. All National Honey Month supporting app orders will receive double points for their entire order when helping to “save the bees”. Download the app at https://www.honeygrow.com/order.
honeygrow will also be launching two new fall menu items that feature fall ingredients that depend on the pollination of bees including pears, golden beets, broccoli and more. Furthermore, honeygrow is supporting local and regional businesses by using products from local suppliers like Papa’s Natural Honey in Naperville, Illinois and Rice Lake Farms in Grant, Michigan to further ensure the preservation of bees and garden-fresh ingredients.
Starting September 4, honeygrow fans will be able to enjoy the following dishes:
Spiralized Beet Caesar Salad (Gluten-Free)
Chopped Romaine, Kale, Spiralized Golden Beets, Pears, Red Onions, Candied Pecans, Shaved Parmesan, Rosemary Parmesan Dressing
Fresh pears and spiralized golden beets add depth to this restructured Caesar Salad. Throw in some candied pecans for added hints of fall and balance the sweetness with a rosemary parmesan dressing.
Philly Roast Pork Stir-Fry
Freshly Made Egg White Noodles, Organic Baby Spinach, Broccoli, Red Onions, brew au jus, Grated Parmesan
honeygrow’s take on a pork favorite, the new stir-fry mixes up bold flavors like parmesan and brew au jus
