Honey Butter Fried Chicken launches Clucker Collaboration with Chef Sarah Grueneberg

Chefs Christine Cikowski and Josh Kulp of Honey Butter Fried Chicken partner with James Beard Award-winning chef, Sarah Grueneberg of Monteverde Restaurant & Pastificio to launch their latest Clucker Collaboration. Combining Honey Butter’s signature fried chicken with Chef Grueneberg’s passion for Italian cuisine, the collaboration brings the Spicy Chicken Parm Sandwich to the Avondale chicken shop from April 10-15.

The Spicy Chicken Parm Sandwich features fried chicken strips, Calabrian chile pimento cheese, spicy tomato sauce, and fresh basil on a buttery bun. The sandwich is available for $11, with $1 per sandwich donated to Mercy Home for Boys & Girls, an organization that helps children who face neglect, abuse, and poverty build the confidence and skills they need to have successful futures.

The Spicy Chicken Parm Sandwich is available at the restaurant or online through Honey Butter’s Caviar website for delivery.
