Kicking off this year’s Clucker Collaboration series, Honey Butter Fried Chicken partners with friend and fellow Chef Sandra Holl of Floriole Café and Bakery to launch the “Croissantwich”, available starting Tuesday, March 7 through Sunday, March 12, 2017.

Offering a simple spin on the traditional Honey Butter Fried Chicken Sandwich, the Croissantwich combines fried chicken and honey butter on a buttery, flakey Floriole croissant. For every Croissantwich sold, Honey Butter Fried Chicken will donate $1 to Floriole’s charity of choice, Pilot Light, an organization which helps fund and empower children to make healthier choices by strategically integrating food and nutrition education within school standards and culture.

The Croissantwich will be offered for dining in, pick up, and delivery through Caviar, and is available while supplies last.
