The restaurant, normally closed on Mondays, is serving Fried Chicken Fried Rice with fried chicken, country ham, peas, pickled red onions, miso, and rice cracker crunch alongside Camchi Kimchi egg rolls with sesame chili sauce and a housemade fortune cookie. The entire combo is available for $16.95.

Owners and Chefs Christine Cikowski and Joshua Kulp created the special by combining their signature fried chicken with their favorite Chinese takeout dishes, and Chef de Cuisine Cam Waron adds a pop of flavor with his housemade Camchi Kimchi. The resulting combo has been incredibly popular each year, selling 409 orders in 4 hours.

The Fried Chicken Fried Rice combo is available on Monday, December 11 from 5 – 9 p.m. for takeout and delivery through Caviar, and is available while supplies last.
