For their latest Clucker Collaboration, Honey Butter Fried Chicken Co-owners and Chefs Josh Kulp and Christine Cikowski, partner with Jason Hammel, Chef and owner of the iconic Lula Café, Marisol at the Museum of Contemporary Art, and the recently opened Indian restaurant, Superkhana International.

Paying tribute to Lula Cafe’s upcoming 20th anniversary, Chef Hammel’s 20 Years Young Sandwich features Honey Butter’s signature fried chicken strips topped with hot honey, sweet corn aioli, escarole, basil, red onion, and white cheddar. The sandwich is $13, with $1 from each sandwich to benefit Pilot Light, a nonprofit food education organization co-founded by Hammel. Pilot Light is committed to helping children make healthier choices by connecting the lessons they learn in their classrooms to the foods they eat on their lunch trays, at home and in their communities.

The 20 Years Young Sandwich will be available August 6 – 11 at Honey Butter Fried Chicken or online through Caviar for delivery and pickup.
