Honey Butter Fried Chicken + Bang Bang Pie Clucker Collaboration

 Honey Butter Fried Chicken partners with pie and biscuit shop Bang Bang Pie & Biscuits for their final Clucker Collaboration of 2018. The “Bang Bang Hot Pickle” sandwich marries Bang Bang’s signature biscuits with Honey Butter’s namesake fried chicken for a Southern-inspired sandwich that packs in serious flavor. Honey Butter Fried Chicken is sandwiched in between a split Bang Bang biscuit with Pimento cheese, pickled okra and fresno peppers, and hot sauce.

The sandwich is available for $13 for a limited time from October 23-28 at the restaurant or online through Caviar for delivery.  $1 from each sandwich is donated to Kitchen Possible, a Pilsen-based nonprofit that empowers young children through food education and cooking classes.
