For the grand finale of this year’s Honey Butter Fried Chicken Clucker Collaboration Series, the restaurant has parterned with Chicago BBQ institution, Smoque BBQ, to bring together two Southern food favorites into a single sandwich. The trio of chefs, which include Christine Cikowski, Josh Kulp, and Smoque Chef and Owner Barry Sorkin, collaborate to offer the Smoque Bomb ($10), available at Honey Butter Fried Chicken starting Tuesday, November 29 through Sunday, December 4, 2016.

The Smoque Bomb sandwich combines fried chicken strips with Smoque Texas Sausage, topped with Luling Texas BBQ sauce, pickles, and red onions on a buttery bun. For every Smoque Bomb sold, Honey Butter Fried Chicken will donate $1 to Smoque’s charity of choice, Thresholds, an organization that provides healthcare, housing, and hope for thousands of people with mental illnesses in Illinois.

The Smoque Bomb will be offered for dining in, pick up, and delivery through Caviar. For more information please visit www.honeybutter.com or call 773.478.4000.
