Honey Butter Fried Chicken and Jason Vincent Launch Giardiniera Giant Clucker Collab

For the next installment of Honey Butter Fried Chicken’s Clucker Collaboration series, Chefs and Owners Christine Cikowski and Josh Kulp partner with friend and fellow chef Jason Vincent of Logan Square spot Giant, to offer the Giardiniera Giant ($11) sandwich. The sandwich will be available at Honey Butter Fried Chicken starting Tuesday, May 30 through Sunday, June 4, 2017.

Chef Jason Vincent’s Giardiniera Giant sandwich includes Mediterranean influence, topping Fried Chicken Strips with Sesame Eggplant, Hot Giardiniera, Onion, Pickles, and Aioli served on a warm sesame bun. For every Giardiniera Giant sandwich sold, Honey Butter Fried Chicken will donate $1 to Chef Jason Vincent’s charity of choice, Planned Parenthood.

The Giardiniera Giant will be offered for dining in, pick up, and delivery through Caviar, and is available while supplies last.
