Homestead on the Roof has announced a Spring Harvest Pop-Up Dinner Series taking place every Wednesday evening from April 5 to May 10. Known for its dedication to local sourcing and community, Homestead on the Roof embraces a new season with this series paying homage to collaboration and of course, food and drink. Partnering with local chefs and breweries, Executive Chef Scott Shulman welcomes unique stylings by The Winchester, Lagunitas Brewing Company, Dos Urban Cantina, and more.
For $50 per person, each dinner includes courses curated by Chef Shulman in tandem with the evening’s featured culinary team. Teaming up with Chef Tom Van Lente/The Winchester (April 5) and Chefs Brian Enyart and Jennifer Jones/Dos Urban Cantina (May 3), plus a sneak peek appearance of The Fifty/50 Restaurant Group’s newest concept (May 10). Not only showcasing menus designed by chefs, the lineup also includes beer dinners with Miskatonic Brewing Company (April 12), Lagunitas Brewing Company (April 19), and Off Color Brewing Company (April 26).
All dinners in the pop-up series begin at 7:00 p.m., and guests are encouraged to make reservations as soon as possible through OpenTable.
