This spring, take your taste buds on a journey down Central and South Pacific Mexico at Mercadito with a special Hola Primavera Experiential Dinner on Monday, April 17 from 6-9 p.m.

Guests are invited to enjoy five courses expertly paired with Código 1530 Tequila pours. The evening is hosted by special guest Jackson Miranda of Código 1530 Tequila and Chef Patricio Sandoval of Mercadito.

Guests will begin the journey at the “hidden port” Puerto Escondido with a Ceviche Blanco, lime marinated Red Snapper, shrimp, pico de gallo, Serrano chile, avocado and lime-orange broth.

Next, guests will explore the flavors of Puerto Vallarta with a Smoked White Fish Burrito, smoked white fish, blackened shrimp, toasted flour tortilla, lettuce, tomato and habanero-avocado crema.

Guests will then travel to the Guerrero region with Pollo a las Brasas, Adobo marinated whole chicken, coleslaw and chipotle vinaigrette.

The journey continues at Nayarit with a Pescado Zarandeadolime, spices and soy sauce marinated butterflied Red Snapper, grilled cilantro rice, caramelized onions and picked vegetables. 

The trip concludes with Oaxaca-inspired Buñueloscrispy fritters, piloncillo syrup, cinnamon, sugar, chocolate and orange zest.
