Cubs Home Opener Post-Game Trivia

Baseball fans who attend the 2020 Cubs Home Opener on Monday, March 30 can head to aliveOne in Lincoln Park after the game for a half-price everything happy hour from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. as well as $5 Jameson and $5 Lagunitas available all night. Patrons can stay for FREE music-themed trivia hosted by Whaddayaknow Trivia beginning at 8 p.m. Top teams will receive an aliveOne gift card. Guests can also play FREE pool every Monday.

Cubs Post-Game Party

Chicagoans who want to stay out of the Wrigleyville madness for the Cubs home opener will be offered post-game drinks at Easy Bar in Wicker Park. Featured specials will include $2 PBR, $6 glasses of wine, a Jimador tequila shot and Tecate for $6, and half-price everything happy hour from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

THE GRAYSTONE TAVERN

Cubs Season Specials

For Cubs fans who don’t have a ticket to the game, The Graystone Tavern, located just steps from Wrigley Field, will broadcast all Cubs season games on 9 TVs throughout the bar with sound on. Game day specials include $4 Old Style Tall Boys, $5 Paddy’s Irish Whiskey shots, $5 Fireball shots and $25 Goose Island buckets. 

A specialty $10 Crush Menu features cocktails made with fresh fruit juice from a juice press like a Lemonade Crush (Wheatley Vodka, St. Elder, simple syrup, club soda, fresh squeezed lemon), Cranberry Crush (Koval Cranberry, simple syrup, club soda, fresh squeezed orange), and a Raspberry Lemonade Crush (Nolet’s Silver Gin, raspberry puree, club soda, fresh squeezed lemon).

Guests can pair their drinks with gameday fare like a Spicy Fried Chicken Sandwich, Fried Chicken Tacos, Gameday Fries & Tots, or Southern Rubbed Wings with a choice of sauce including Graystone, buffalo, the heater, Jamaican jerk, Korean barbecue, honey barbecue, honey soy and brown sugar bacon.

Cubs Home Opener Happy Hour

Cubs fans can gather at Parlay in River North to catch all the home opener action with happy hour specials from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Specials include $7 classic pizzas, $7 appetizers and $7 Cincoro tequila. Guests who purchase any of the happy hour specials will receive a $1 scratch-off lottery ticket. The game will be shown on 21 TVs ranging from 60-inches to 100-inches as well as one 200" projector screen. 

THE RAMBLER

Cubs Home Opener Watch Party and Happy Hour

Cubs fans who visit The Rambler in North Center can catch all the home opener action on 20 TVs throughout the bar with the sound on. Happy hour will be available from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. and features $6 glasses of wine, $3 domestics and $3 select whiskey. Guests can pair their drinks with appetizers like Cheese Curds, Stuffed Potato Skins, Warm Pretzel, Loaded Fries and Nachos or sandwiches including a Cheese Steak, French Dip, Buffalo Chicken and Giant Pork Tenderloin.
